At Lashify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your DIY lash experience; however, due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our facility.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
